Evgeny Plusnin graduated from the faculty of Applied Cosmonautics of the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) in 1994, and was majouring in cosmonautic geodesy. Since 1993, Evgeny worked as an engineer in the department of research and technical support of satellite geodetic systems at ZAO PRIN. In 2003, he became the head of the department of research and technical support of satellite geodetic systems at OOO GTS-2000. Since 2005 and untill present time, Evgeny has been working as a chief engineer of the research and production company GPScom.
Research and production company GPScom - was established in 2003. The main activity of the company is the development and implementation of complex systems for high-precision positioning with application of satellite and inertial technologies. Since 2003, GPScom has been an official distributor of NovAtel (Canada) and Pacific Crest (USA).
